"I do not write theses often but I would like to thank Jonathan Leonard Insurance for helping me. After working for 28+ years in Information Systems I was diagnosed with Cancer and then forced into disability. I understood basic insurance but I was at a loss understanding the government medicare/RX/Medi-gap systems. I got a call from Jonathan trying to get me on an insurance policy only to find out he could not help me with the Medi-gap I needed. I thought that was the end of the conversation but after Jonathan understood my situation and lack of understanding he still took the time to help me. He spent more than a week filling out papers for me, sending me to sign and faxing them for me, even though he would get nothing from this account or the time spent.
I am sure there was some hope for a new customer and to sell additional policies but knowing my situation he knew that would not happen yet he still followed up, answered all my questions he could, and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. It may not have seemed much to Jonathan but considering what I had gone through with the Cancer surgeries and radiation treatment, it meant a great deal to me and cannot thank him enough. If and when I have the chance to give him my business or send others to him , I will every chance I can. Again, thank you Jonathan!" - Anthony Lennon, Delaware |
